Moving on to Secondary School
In the Summer Term of Year Five before you will receive a booklet from the Local Authority which tells you about all the Birmingham secondary schools and a preference form. On the form you will be asked to write, in order, the schools you would like your children to go to. The schools will hold Open Days during the Autumn Term before you make your choices. The Local Authority will then allocate the places and you will be told in early Spring.
